Product Description

1060 alloy is industrial pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of 99.60% (mass fraction), and is strengthened by heat treatment. The surface of pure aluminum is silvery white, and its density decreases with the increase of purity or temperature.
The production process of 1060 aluminum round is single, and compared with mature technology, the price is much cheaper than other high-grade aluminum alloys. It has good elongation and tensile strength and can fully meet the high formability of conventional processing requirements (stamping, stretching).
1060 aluminum has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but low strength, which cannot be improved after heat treatment, and poor machinability; it can be gas welded, hydrogen welded and resistance welded, but not easy to braze; it can be processed, extended and bent under various pressures.
